Back to School Notes from Mrs. Hoomis-Tracy

Dear Lincoln Families,

We hope you’re enjoying a wonderful, relaxing summer! Summer break is flying by, and has been filled with preparations for the coming school year.

Our schedule this year:

  • Our school day is 8:20-2:45 and the first day for students grades 1-5 is August 27th
  • Kindergarten and Early Childhood  students begin on September 4th
  • Breakfast will be 8:05 to 8:20. Students that are not eating breakfast should remain outside the building until 8:20.
  • The late bell will ring at 8:25. Instruction begins at 8:35.
  • EC, K, 1 and 2  will enter through Tuckerman Street doors
  • Grades 3-5 will enter through the cafeteria doors in the morning
  • EC, K and 1 will exit through the Tuckerman Street doors in the afternoon
  • Grade 2 will exit through the Butterfly Foyer in the afternoon
  • Grade 3 will exit through the cafeteria doors in the afternoon
  • Grades 4-5 will exit through the Hillside door in the afternoon      
  • FKO students will wait in the gym and exit through the gym doors. The FKO bus should park in front of cafeteria.
