Dr. Kalise Wornum will provide one-hour cultural proficiency training for caregivers of elementary school students during this month's Coffee Hour.

Join us in welcoming Dr. Kalise Wornum as we discuss cultural proficiency.

Topics may include, but are not limited to:

- Understand, address, and interrupt microaggressions
- Definition and understanding of cultural competence
- Difficult conversations
- How to talk about racism with young children

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss challenges in real time.
